In today’s world, everyone is after being fit. Be it physically fit, financially fit or socially fit; people want to fit in the society and follow the trend of living a healthy and happy life. And this is absolutely great and works out best for all involve, who are trying to fulfill the dream of a good life. While pursuing the happiness in life, most if not all forget the basics of living good life, and that is having a “Fit mentality”.

Having the right state of mind is a vital process that needs to be considered in an important manner to be able to realize the actual good life that we all strive for. The end goal is the same, that is to achieve the goal of physical fitness that will boost the mood and ultimately play its part to improve the way of life. The difference of having the Fit mentality versus forcing yourself to do it is, having the mentality to do things and in-syncing your mind to your fitness need makes working towards the fitness target that much joyful. Instead of dragging ourself to do it. If we drag ourself enough, we may reach the fitness target, but staying right on top of the fitness target will not last long. Whereas, if we have the fit mentality, where doing exercise, even the quick ones, here and there is just the way of living, without even realizing and just living the life we normally live, we will move closed to the fitness goal sooner than later.
As per Harvard Health Publishing, “Regular exercise changes the brain to improve memory, and thinking skills. In a study done at the University of British Columbia, researchers found that regular aerobic exercise, the kind that gets your heart and your sweat glands pumping, appears to boost the size of the hippocampus, the brain area involved in verbal memory and learning. Resistance training, balance and muscle toning exercises did not have the same results.”
Exercises help boost the mood and work as that backbone needed to maintain the Fit Mentality. Studies show, even including 30 seconds quick physical stimulation like jumping jacks, going up and down the stairs, speed walking and many more every 4 hours or so tremendously helps body to improve carviovarsular functionality of the body. And this is exactly what we need, a Fit Mentality to follow a simple process of achieve a bigger fitness goal.
