I know that participating in an adventure sport is potentially hazardous. I should not enter unless I’m medically able and properly trained. I assume any and all risks associated with participating in this event including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, spectators, animal or inanimate objects, and the effects of weather and trail conditions with all such risks being known and acknowledged by me. Knowing these facts and in consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, government, administrators, anyone over whom I act as guardian, or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge Fit Nepal, Race officials, workers, sponsors and the volunteers of this event including their agent, employees, assigns or anyone acting on their behalf from any and all claims or liability for death, personal injury, property damage or property loss of any kind whatsoever, including any risk that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the person or entities being released, in the course of my participation in this and all Fit Nepal events. I’m at least 18 years old, and my parents/guardian(if under 18) has reviewed the above and consented to my participation. In case of adverse weather conditions (dense fog or thunderstorms), the organizers reserve the right to make last-minute changes, even during the race, to the race route in order to eliminate potential hazards or conditions that could cause hardship for participants. The staff shall inform the participants of any changes. The organizers also reserve the right to suspend or cancel the race if the weather conditions are such that they put athletes, staff, or medical teams at risk. Under Fit Nepal's discretion event can be canceled for multiple reasons, such as Harsh Weather Conditions, Insufficient Registrations, Team Emergency, etc. All fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to the next race if the organizer is made aware 72 hrs ahead of race day. Fit Nepal reserves the right to use photos and video captured during this event.

At Start of the event Hydration Drinks and Snacks wil be available for runners to pack up, however remainder of the race, runners must come prepared and be self sufficient. Burners will be stand by for use anytime. Tent to Rest! Plan this as a camping cook out, however you must go run that loop on top of the hour to stay in the GAME, with the hourly BELL RING!!

Note: In order for Backyard ULTRA runners to win the cash prize, they will have to complete a minimum of 12 Loops. Given this is a 2nd Backyard ULTRA event in Nepal, we only require runners to complete minimum of 12 loops to GRAB the cash prize, but the goal is for ULTRA runners to support one other to FINISH 24 or more Loops. This is process to select the runner for Team Nepal for the Big’s WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP OCT 17, 2026.The winner of this Championship will then get the chance to represent Nepal in the Individual WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP which happens in Tennessee, USA, every 2 years in October.

Runners from around the World can participate this Backyard ULTRA Nepal and get selected for their perspective Country of residence.

RUNNER with 24 loops under his/her belt will automatically qualify as a team member for Team Nepal to participate in Big’s Backyard ULTRA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2026.
